In couples therapy, she integrates insights and techniques from the Gottman Method and draws wisdom from experts like Sue Johnson, Esther Perel, Daniel Siegel, and Bruce Muzik. This approach helps couples foster deeper understanding, connection, and resilience in their relationships.

Victoria is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, loneliness, low self-worth, loss and grief. Her practice provides a safe, compassionate space for clients to heal and grow, aiming to uncover tools for joy, meaning, and fulfillment in life.

Drawing from a holistic approach, Victoria integrates nutritional teachings, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and polyvagal concepts into her practice. She is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher, emphasizing the mind-body connection as essential to healing and well-being. She also incorporates grounding activities and psychoeducation about the nervous system and the brain to empower clients with a deeper understanding of their internal landscape.
